Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase

Fulfillment & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships.

Tracking Notifications

Upon Dispatch, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Import Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Templo and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding all shipping (return cost + original shipping).

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit our Returns & Exchange Portal. If your return is accepted, you must cover all shipping costs - instructions where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Procedure

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@tmplo.com with your order number requesting the return. If your return is accepted, you must cover all shipping costs - instructions where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

You'll be notified once we’ve received/inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
